MumFIT is a progression from Postnatal. Step up in exercise variations and pace. You can either join this class after completion of Postnatal or be at least 6 months post birth and have already started building up your fitness.


Nutrition advice, tracking and support included.

Babies and toddlers also welcome to attend.
