Postnatal fitness is a starting point for fitness after having a baby, it doesn’t matter how long ago that was. The 6 week programme includes pelvic floor and core activation plus overall strength and fitness.


In addition you receive a core strength programme with videos to complete at home in your own time.

Ladies must be at least 6 weeks post natural birth and 12 weeks post caesarean. 

Babies and toddlers are welcome to attend.
