Phase 1 is a starting point for fitness after having a baby, it doesn’t matter how long ago that was. The 6 week programme includes pelvic floor and core activation plus overall strength and fitness.
In addition you receive a core strength programme with videos to complete at home in your own time.
Ladies must be at least 6 weeks post natural birth and 12 weeks post caesarean.
Babies and toddlers are welcome to attend.

Phase 2 is a progression from Phase 1. Step up in exercise variations and pace. You can either join this class after completion of Phase 1 or be at least 6 months post birth and have already started building up your fitness.
Nutrition advice, tracking and support included.

Mix of training styles designed for anyone who wants to increase strength and improve fitness levels from the comfort of your own home. Live classes are streamed twice per week, classes are recorded and uploaded to a private members Facebook group for you to access at any time.
Higher and lower intensity options available.

Whether you are new to training or been training for a while, personal training offers accountability, progress tracking and monitoring, education and support.
Programmes are tailored to your fitness goals in addition nutrition advice to assist you to lead a balanced lifestyle which will be sustainable long term.
